Avocados - That's A Lot of Guacamole!

I make guacamole of course. Sometimes I just serve them with a salad, or in slices with a little salt and pepper. I've halved them, and stuffed them with meat/cheese/salsa and put them on the grill.
 
I had mashed avo with Dukah on an everything bagel for breakfast this morning, with a microwave poached egg.
