Recipe Beef & mushroom stirfry with stroganoff sauce

This is not a classic Stroganoff but has those familar flavors and is easy to make. Serves two.

Ingredients:
200 g flat Iron steak, halved then cut into strips
200 g mushrooms, sliced
100 g sliced Bell peppers
1 medium onion , chopped and diced
2 fat garlic cloves, grated
200 ml full fat cream
1 70 gram tin of tomato puree
Olive oil
2 tsp Smoked paprika powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
2 tsp honey
Grated black pepper
Salt
Wok

Method:
1) Set wok on high heat and brown the steak strips fast, then remove them from the wok and set aside.
2) Add onion and mushrooms to wok, stir fry to golden brown
3) Add peppers to wok
4) When the peppers are soft add the spices and stir until all is coated . Lower the heat.
5) Add cream, tomato puree& Worcestershire sauce & honey
6) Season, then let simmer for 10 minutes.
7) Add steak & let simmer one more minute.

Serve with rice or bread.
