Blue Cheese Dip recipe wanted

Does anyone have a recipe for a nice blue cheese dip? Not a runny dressing you're but quite thick that I can dip breaded mushrooms into.
Ooh I'm licking my lips already.

Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe - Healthy

My sister uses the one above. I am not a fan of blue cheese so I generally make a ranch or parmesan peppercorn with buttermilk or yoghurt base for myself. But she and her family love blue cheese and swear that one is the best.

No one in my household cares for creamy dips, so when I saw your post requesting any recipes, I did a search, thinking that I could make it just for me or to take to card afternoons next door.

I've used this How to Make Your Own Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing before. I use buttermilk powder and that would be perfect for what you want as you can control the amount of liquid for the thickness you want, but still get the tang.
