ive never been a brekky person, I did as a kid, mum made us weet bix every morning. We never had a cooked brekky as we were a poor family. ( single parent) I stopped brekky when I started work and had something to eat at smoko at 10am. Then when I started work at 7.30 I never had brekky for 30 years. Then after an operation I used to get reflux, about a year or so I started having brekky and no side effects.
Today I had porridge and a cup of tea.
What's your brekky???

Russ

Usually it's more brunch for me and leftovers from the night before, though it could be a loaded baked potato or some kind of pasta. Rarely true breakfast food.

Nothing except a cup of tea - this is partly to save on calories. If I'm in a hotel I'll sometimes eat whatever is on offer. In fact on a recent stay in Whitstable I had a two course breakfast. I took some photos - will post them here later.

Best brekky ever!!! Was in a hotel called the moathouse in Kensington London about 20 years ago. Eggs every way you could think of. Absolutely amazing brekkies.

Breakfast in hotel, Whitstable a few weeks ago. I couldn't resist the colourful fruit.
