Recipe Calamari Imbottiti. (Stuffed Squids)

Ciao a tutti,
I always love this if can get either Sorrentino or Amalfi lemon do please.
You need -

8 Large squids.
500 g Fresh tomato sauce.
80 g Bread crumb.
Good olive oil.
3 Clove garlic.
1 Bunch Parsley.
80 g Pitted olive
40 g salt caper.

Method -
  1. Chop garlic olive and caper.
  2. Clean squids.
  3. Remove tentacles and finely chop and sauté in pan.
  4. Add little of the bread crumb, garlic, caper and olive and mix through.
  5. Add a sprinkle of parsley and salt to taste. Leave to cool.
  6. Stuff squids with mix and sew up.
  7. Place squid in pan put on top of tomato sauce.
  8. Add clove garlic and olive oil.
  9. Cook over moderate heat cover for 1 hour.
  10. Garnish with more parsley.
Serve the lemon cut to star shape.

This sounds delicious. Just a query. I corrected your grammar a bit, for clarity and noticed that in step 4 it says 'add a little' of the breadcrumb, garlic, caper etc. Did you mean that? If so what do you do with the rest of the breadcrumb mix?

Also - this qualifies for the current recipe challenge (olives) - did you mean to enter it?

Mi dispiace MG si is error it should say add bread crumb I not notice :(. Not at moment I try find a recipe for Olive, grape and fig jam.

Is very old recipe most ristorante in Napoli make. Some off squids fishermen catch big when I young woman I see some 30 even 50 cm long.
I hope you try.
