Ciao a tutti,
I always love this if can get either Sorrentino or Amalfi lemon do please.
You need -
8 Large squids.
500 g Fresh tomato sauce.
80 g Bread crumb.
Good olive oil.
3 Clove garlic.
1 Bunch Parsley.
80 g Pitted olive
40 g salt caper.
Method -

Method -
- Chop garlic olive and caper.
- Clean squids.
- Remove tentacles and finely chop and sauté in pan.
- Add little of the bread crumb, garlic, caper and olive and mix through.
- Add a sprinkle of parsley and salt to taste. Leave to cool.
- Stuff squids with mix and sew up.
- Place squid in pan put on top of tomato sauce.
- Add clove garlic and olive oil.
- Cook over moderate heat cover for 1 hour.
- Garnish with more parsley.
