Recipe Chamoy (Fermented)

Pretty good stuff. I can see it pairing well with just about any protein and I've added a fresh habanero for some heat.

Where did Barriehie's comment go?🤔 - interesting result was seen. My internet has been spotty.

I'm thinking of a a batch less sweet and more like a vinegary brown sauce/steak sauce. Perhaps with pickled/fermented onion this time.

Inadvertently deleted it. I added a habanero for some heat and can see this going with just about any protein. 🤤

Driving this to another topic - going to start a new thred for the new chamoy/steak sauce fermentation try out - wondering if it would be possible to add a specific food forum for preservation/preserves/pickles/fermentation/drying etc as the only one close to that at the moment is the Veg Plot or Sauces etc. Or tweak a title to include? TIA.
