Cheddar-Bacon Popcorn
Makes 4-6 servings

Ingredients
10 to 12 cups popped popcorn (about 1/3 cup unpopped kernals)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped cooked bacon (about 8 slices of bacon)
Salt
Pepper

Directions
Heat the oven broiler/grill.
Place popcorn on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Remove any unpopped or partially popped kernels.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bacon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
