Yep, the spray cheese (Easy Cheese, or probably EZ Cheez, if I know my marketing departments) and Cheez Whiz are two very different products, but I think it’s pretty common for folks to use “cheese whiz” as a generic umbrella term.I know that stuff, but I don't think that's what I was referring to. Isn't there like a cheddar color sauce that often goes on cheesesteaks? I'm not talking about aerosol cheese in a can that has a 4,800-year shelf-life.
