Recipe Chickpea salad

Amounts are very flexible. Just add till it looks good to you

Boiled chickpeas - amount as in 1 can
Gherkin - 2 big ones, cubed
Cucumber - about 1/4, cubed
Hard boiled egg - 2
Red onion - 1, fine dice
Mustard - your choice, 1-2 teaspoons
Kashmiri chili powder - optional, just a dash
Salt - to taste, probably not needed if using canned chickpeas
Vinegar - optional

Mash eggs with a fork till very fine
Add mustard and mix
Add everything else and mix
Season to taste

You could add boiled potato and/or canned tuna etc
Maybe tomato, bell pepper, celery stalks as well
