My brother will be turning 50 soon, and I was looking for suitably embarrassing photos of him to make a book of them or similar to help with his memory issues since his stroke and whilst looking through the boxes of photos, can't across several photos of birthday cakes I've made over the years. These are the best 3.

I got better with practice!

The first was my sister's 2nd birthday. I'd have been 16, so don't judge it too harshly.

Then she wanted a horse theme. I wasn't happy cutting the heads off the models horses as the instructions suggested, so actually embedded the entire house inside the stable! It was a good call because she was delighted to find them there.

Finally, this was for my other brother's 7th birthday. I'd have been 23, I think.
He was obsessed with film "The Mask", so I photocopied the cover off a rented video and used that as my template using a pin. It is totally white chocolate and food colouring. It was a hit.

Does anyone have pictures of ones they have done?

That's amazing, well done!

Feeling a bit nostalgic after leaving family I'm guessing. It's hard, isn't it.
