I'm in need of some really good tested chili recipes.I need to make about 6 different types of chili, I'm hoping for lots of variety. Thank you.
Thank youHere are a few more from members:
Sweet Potato and Black Bean Chilli with Chipotle in Adobo and Coffee
Chicken Chili
Chili con Carne
Thank youSo - I have to ask - why do you need to make 6 different types? Are you hosting a chilli party? That would be fun!
We probably have quite a few members' chilli recipes on the forum. Here is one I posted this year which is meatless. Coffee is often used in chilli recipes in Mexico and its inclusion will possibly be a talking point for whoever is receiving/eating these chillies.
Black Bean Chilli with Coffee
There are some chillies which don't contain beans and others that do - so you have an immediate '2 different types' - 3 if you count beans and no meat. Otherwise, one of the main differences will be in the types of chillies used and combinations. Using specialist dried chillies will often give the best results.
I'll try to find some more forum links...
