Recipe Cocoa-Cherry Pork

A very nice sounding recipe indeed. I have cherries ripening in the garden...

Does cherry preserves mean jam? Also, where are the cherries in the recipe directions?

Sorry about that, I've edited the recipe to include making the quick little sauce.

Preserves and jam should be interchangeable. I think the technical difference is that preserves are chunkier that jams, but no one quite knows where the line is between the two. :)
