Huh! It never occured to me to grill polenta. I'd have guessed it would just fall apart! It's like mashed potatoes when I make it.
Yes you can grill polenta as well, in Italy is a staple. Even fried is amazing.
Just let polenta to cool down then place it in the fridge for 3-4 hours or even overnight so it will be firm (in my opinion is better to fry it the next day as the freshly made polenta could still have some humidity inside)
