Tuscany! I was thinking a remote and rural area where there's a lot of farm to table going on. I've been watching this American actor Stanley Tucci doing a show where he travels through Italy eating. It's really interesting.

We just turned on the cooling air conditioner a few hours ago.

I think someone did that outside today. We're sure a -4°C tomorrow morning which is rather unusual for this early in the season.
