Costco $4.99 chicken is on fire

I stop pretty often at Costco after work and pick up one of their rotisserie chickens. I'm not sure what the fuss is about, as all of the ingredients are on the label. In fact, I don't ever recall seeing them claim their chickens were preservative free. As a loss leader for 5 bucks, they provide a lot of meals, plus a carcass to make homemade stock. I'm a happy customer. This seems like yet another case of someone using lawfare on a big corporation to try to hit paydirt. I don't buy anything from their food court, however, not because they do anything subversive, but their hot dogs and pizza slices are like a gazillion calories each.

I don’t buy rotisserie chickens, they are often too soft for me, but I like their hot dogs. But recently I noticed the buns were funny, short buns for regular hotdogs, not long that cover the whole long hot dogs they have.
