Country Breakfast Shingle:
Ingredients:
1) Bread - 1 slice
2) Egg - 1
3) Breaded Chicken Patty - 1
4) Bacon - 2 slices
5) Lettuce - as required
6) Onion - slice(s) as required
7) Tomato - slice(s) as required
8) Butter - as required
9) Cayenne Pepper Sauce - splash
Procedure:
1) Pan fry Bread in Butter on both sides.
2) Set toasted Bread Shingle on serving plate.
3) Cover toasted Bread Shingle with Lettuce, Onion and Tomato.
4) Heat or Fry Breaded Chicken Patty and add to Shingle.
5) Splash Chicken Patty with Cayenne Pepper Sauce.
6) Pan fry Bacon Slices and add as top layer on Shingle.
7) Pan fry Egg sunnyside up and add to top of Shingle.
8) Serve.
