Curry puffs

Minced meat, potatoes (you can use sweet potatoes of course), curry powder, onion and hard-boiled egg, maybe.
Extra chile peppers for me. I'd say the "secret" to a good curry puff is (a) the type of curry powder you use and (b) the way the pastry is made. Dry pastry sucks!

Here's a copycat recipe (I haven't tried it myself but it looks like it could be the bees knees).

But really, if you lookup any Malaysian or maybe Indonesian curry puff recipe you should come close.
