Recipe Deviled Eggs

I love eggs. I make these all the time. They are very easy. Sometimes I have them for an appetizer. Sometimes they are a side dish to the main course. The recipe is flexible, do whatever floats your boat.

Sometimes I will top them with Bacon, sausage bits, or spicy pickles.

Ingredients:

12 large eggs
mayo
horseradish sauce
greek yogurt
Salt
Pepper
Dill pickles
Paprika

While you are preparing your boiled eggs. Add equal parts Mayo/Horseradish sauce/greek yogurt to a bowl, about 1/4 cup. I usually make a little more that what is needed. Add salt peppers and diced dill pickles.

Once the eggs are done, remove the yolk and add to the bowl. Mix everything up, then fill the eggs. Top with Paprika!
