We are off out with friends tomorrow so we will be having our Easter meal this evening.

Goat cheese wrapped in parma ham
Followed by rack of lamb, mash, leeks, carrots, broccoli
Followed by lemon tart with whipped cream and fresh raspberry
Washed down with a very tasty bottle of Greek wine

That is beautifully pink lamb.

As I have said before my husband is amazing in the kitchen, that lamb was perfect.

The camera make it look a little under, but it was just as we like it, slightly on the right side of rare. It cut with a spoon. The Jacobs lamb from Tori & Ben's is always so tender because it is very good quality, and hung properly.

We normally would have a red, but it was such a beautiful warm day yesterday we fancied trying something cold and crisp, so we had the bottle we picked up on holiday in Kos last year. It didn't disappoint.

Going out for dinner at a working mans club. Prolly a steak?? They changed their service to getting your own when a buzzer at your table rings. I told them I didn't think it was good enough. I've heard others complained too. We will see??
