Yeah, I am short on freezer space as well. I keep telling myself I am going to eat through our freezer and then, "Ooh, look, seafood sale" or some other sale...

At least I haven't seen weevils in this century. I remember as a kid finding them in my cereal and my mom having to sift flour before baking to remove them (and other particulates). Yuck.

Yeah, I thought the same thing and wondered if it should spin off into another thread, but it is pertinent to the recipe, afterall. Most of it, anyway, and some posts would have to be edited heavily, sounds like too much work for a moderator to do on a lovely Sunday afternoon!
