I prefer the treadmill myself - I can set it to a deliberate speed (to keep me from lollygagging) and I can watch TV - combining exercise with couch potato activity.

I don't pace well. I get distracted and end up eating...Change of plan today for my exercise, frankly I don’t to go outside, so I’m planning to walk and dance indoors continuously for 30 minutes. I will post if it’s actually get done.
