Here's a little (true) story. I had a close friend come to visit a few years ago, and he invited us to eat at our favourite Italian restaurant. My wife ordered a pasta with shrimp; he ordered tournedos rossini.
She asked the waiter for some parmesan, and the waiter threw a hissy fit "No, no,no,no, no cheese with fish!!"
She got her cheese, and then my friend turned to him and said : " ...and you can put some on here, too"
