Recipe Fried corn

Ingredients
1 10 inch skillet
1 spatula

2 cans (15 to 16 oz each) cream style corn
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon or so of salt
Medium-high heat

Method
Melt butter in skillet. Pour in the corn and season with salt. Bring corn up to a boil. Keep stirring and flipping the corn until most of the liquid is gone and the corn is a golden color. It takes about 30 minutes.

Sorry. But its just my personal problem re sweetcorn. I don't like creamy or sweet things in general. Its probably a great recipe. I should just keep quiet.:oops:
I didn't say you had to actually make or eat it. And never stay quiet.
