Softest and Cheesy Buns

► Baking:
After 20-60 minutes of rising, bake at 350° F (180° C) for about 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave it to cool down.

► INGREDIENTS for dough
- 2 cups (250 g) of all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp of instant dry yeast
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 1 large egg
- 4 tbsp of butter
- 1/2 cup (125ml) of warm water (adjust as needed)
► INGREDIENTS for filling
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup cheese
► INSTRUCTIONS
- - Mix yeast, sugar, salt add water or milk.
- - Add beaten egg and butter.
- - Add flour and mix. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth.
- - Rest dough about 30-60 minutes until it doubles.
- - When dough is ready, take and divide into pieces to make buns as shown in the photo / video.
