Goat cheese salad

Anyone else an adept of goat cheese salad? From time to time I enjoy treating myself to one as a starter. There are various recipes available (I love them all lol); some of which include smoked ham, bacon or smoked slices of duck breasts, while others will add grilled almonds, figs or pine nuts for example. One thing that I always do add to mine though, is honey in the dressing in order to give it a medieval touch
