How are they tasting?I'm taking the GG's falafels tomorrow so I wanted a reasonably, at least more than Walmart, pita bread. I followed this recipe except since I didn't have Greek yogurt as indicated I used my homemade. Sure path to waffle batter... Kept adding flour until it was manageable and ended up with these.View attachment 135655

I did these in a pan but moving forward the oven would be easier being able to cook them all at once.I love making pita and watching the dough rounds turn into balloons in the oven.
Recipe - Pita 2 ways
I like the results from the stovetop better with flatbreads, though. Yeah, oven is easier but less tasty IMO.I did these in a pan but moving forward the oven would be easier being able to cook them all at once.
Pretty good!How are they tasting?
I think the stovetop will give them that toasted flour flavor. There was a bit in the pan when I was done...I like the results from the stovetop better with flatbreads, though. Yeah, oven is easier but less tasty IMO.

No time this week to post the recipe I promised, but today I've got a little more time. This is my version of KKA Greek style pita bread.
