Ingredients:
- Bacon
- 4 Toast bread
- Cheddar cheese
- Butter
- Chicken breast
- Honey BBQ sauce
- Mayonnaise
- Salad
- Coleslaw
Method:
Fry the bacon until crispy. Melt a little butter, then put the 4 pieces of bread on top. Put cheese on 2 breads and place the other 2 breads on top of them. Bake both sides of the breads. Then, when ready, take out the 2 sandwiches. Bake the chicken breast in the same pan, but with BBQ sauce on both sides.Mix the mayonnaise and a little bbq sauce in a bowl.Then you can assemble the sandwich.At the bottom comes a sandwich that we spread with the previous mayonnaise-bbq sauce, we place the salad on it, then the chicken, then 2 slices of cheddar cheese and bacon, then some coleslaw, and we place the other sandwich on top, which we also spread with the mayonnaise bbq sauce.
