I got a gardener....
But also quite a big plot & things (weeds) are growing like crazy as it is rainy season and (sub)tropics

Do you need to grow that much? I have a tiny lot and my vegetable/herbs area is even smaller, I get about 50% for my produce from my garden, and I give away lot of food too.

One of our neighbors had a garden but it wasn't all that big either, I'd geuss something 15' X 20 - 25' and he grew a heap of stuff.

In drier areas, you need much more space to grow things because of watering issues... thus need more space.

That machine now is around $700 and was around $300 in the early '90's when it was purchased.

My plot is 18' x 33' at present and it produces to where I either have to preserve it or give it away.
