Gut health & 30 plant points a week

This difficult and I can't see a way to make it practical being single. I think the only veggie I can buy one serving of would be green beans since those are sold loose. I've got multiple servings of LO's (leftovers) on here for everything except garlic.View attachment 141849
Same thing is going to happen here.
I started Monday and I don't think I will get to 30.
 
Okay, unless I'm harvesting from my garden, which isn't large enough, or buying from the Farners Market which is seasonal and expensive this just isn't going to work. The way produce is sold I'd have to be able to manage around 100 servings to get my 30 in a week...

I agree. Its unworkable for me unless I spend more and waste more. Much better would be a goal of 30 plant based portions a week including 5 colours. So you can eat raspberries 5 times a week or cauliflower or whatever you have bought/ grown several times a week.

That would work here as well. I'm still eating from Monday and Tuesday.
