Graham Kerr was born in the UK but became a celebrity chef in New Zealand. Hudson & Halls were also celebrity chefs in New Zealand.

Sorry about leaving you all in suspense. The name I chose is Blitzenator. I just liked the way it sounded when I said it.

The cool part of the story is that I put the picture on the blog but did not link it to any kind of explanation post. People ask me about "the meaning" all the time. My typical response is, "What respectable food blog doesn't have a Superhero spokesperson these days?"

Someday I will write a whole story about the Blitzenator but for now I am having too much fun making recipes for CookingBites.
