Hominy and how to cook it

Besides the vegetables, I skipped the paprika and subbed a couple of good shakes of a hot sauce in the casserole recipe linked above. Forgot about that until just now.

Verdict is a big . Craig really liked it as well. I know what a couple of the frozen bags of hominy will be used for. Guess I need to write the recipe with my changes.

The hominy arrived yesterday but I departed today so won't have a chance to try it just yet.
When I do I'd love to have your amendments my lot love peppers.
