Hot Red Sauce

I make my own, but then I had a biz which sold hot sauce, chutney, marmalade, pickles, jams, whatever.
This afternoon I made some Peruvian "Ají Amarillo" jam (hot pepper jam) and some "**ño"...
There used to be a place near my office that did some really yummy fried shrimp (I'm talking, 10 years ago). I'd go there for lunch, ask for the Tabasco, then empty the bottle. not hot that stuff.

That one hot sauce up top is $600US.

I believe someone here gave me a hard time about spending $14 on a bottle of hot sauce.
