How do you crack eggs?

Flat surface - one or two handed depending on situation.
 
Two-handed, and on the edge of the pan/bowl/whatever the eggs are going into. That’s how my parents do it and so I guess that’s just what I saw and imitated growing up.
 
I discovered a new way today, by accident. My fingers were covered in bacon grease, and when I picked up the egg to crack it against the side of the frying pan, it slipped into the pan and broke. Had to fish out all the shell pretty quick before I got burned!
