How to clean shrimp/prawns


I've got an oyster shucker in the sams drawer :)
When I was doing food from Baltimore.

The heads are the tasty bit! You suck on them...

Just like crayfish.

I might leave the tail on in some dishes. But rarely. It adds to the time it takes to eat. And I typically like my food ready to eat when it's plated. I don't like setting down my fork to peel a shrimp.
But I wouldn't push the plate away if someone were to make it for me :)
