How to make fish cakes healthier

I have some haddock and thought I might make some fish cakes but don't want to use potato. What would I add to bind them together. Maybe an egg and some flour or maybe a few breadcrumbs? Will it work without potato or will the texture not be right

I'd use only egg and breadcrumbs, no flour
