I know it's a basic question but I just want to know how to make good roasted parsnips. I usually just roast them with oil salt and pepper but they either burn slightly or end up undercooked. Looking for tips on how to make them better
Do you slice or roast whole? How long do you par boil?Parboil them before roasting. That's what I do with parsnips, carrots and potatoes. They never get that leathery, dried out texture since I started doing that.
