Actually, maybe I can't do this. I've gotten to the whipped cream stage, but I can't get it past that. It's been 20 minutes. From what I've read, it should have separated by now. It's 36% butterfat, so the cream is good. Maybe it's too cold?

**UPDATE** It was too cold, I am now making progress.

That's butter by the way, not balloons of heroin, despite what some people on this forum think....
 
I'm not even sure, but I might be able to make the stuffing without butter at all.
Absolutely. A bit after the fact - only just seen this thread - but any well flavoured oil or fat (or mixture) works just as well - like EVOO for example- which is my preference - or bacon fat as suggested earlier in the thread. Very cool that you made butter tho!
