Lamb lollipops

Ironically, the rack of lamb I cut into chops and cooked on Christmas was free-range Australian lamb. It was very, very good.

Aussie lamb is nowhere near as good as kiwi or welsh lamb. I'll get a pick of a double lamb rack prepped by a butcher. This is export quality. Don't ask how I acquired it,lol

Oh, I am sure, but I have never seen it here. I feel lucky to get the Aussie lamb, it was quite delicious.
