These are my wife Shirley all time fave entree.
I marinated them last night in my mix.
Served on almost burnt cabbage. That's the way Indian restaurants sell them.here.
So I replicated them she said mine are up there.. these are grilled/broiled.
These are mid loin kinda like beef fillet.

I like my cabbage like that too, but can I please have some jasmine or basmati with mine also?

I usually serve a side of rhaita. And tamarind chutney but I just used what I had at hand. And rice if the kids are here.
We dont let the kids have it as chops are a bit pricey.
