Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350 F, th. 6)
- Butter and flour your pan (unless it is silicone).
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, lemon zest and juice with an electric mixer until light fluffy.
- Gradually add the melted butter while beating.
- Add the flour and baking powder and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the mold.
- Cook for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly, then unmold and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
