Ingredients
3 eggs
90 g flour
140 g sugar
60 g butter
7 g baking powder
1 and ½ lemon (juice and zest)

Method
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350 F, th. 6)
  2. Butter and flour your pan (unless it is silicone).
  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, lemon zest and juice with an electric mixer until light fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the melted butter while beating.
  5. Add the flour and baking powder and mix until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the mold.
  7. Cook for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool slightly, then unmold and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
