Lemon Jam?,

I was wondering if anyone had any tried and tested lemon jam recipes please?
I still had a mass of lemons with more on their way. I use a lot of jam, but dislike marmalade.

I think it would be a jelly rather than a jam, if you don't want the peel/rind. The flesh is too insubstantial to make a jam. Not that I've tried to make a lemon jam or jelly.

Watching here as well. Two trees, I've just frozen a heap of lemon juice for drinks etc.
