Vegetarian/vegan, lowcarb, easy and delicious. Soft and light to eat, still filling in a good way. This amount (eyemeasured) gave 12 patties.
Ingredients:
1 cup of flaxseed flour
1 cup of coconut flakes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup of plain water (adjust)
Sunflower oil for frying
Top with anything you like, sugar, honey, fruit, nuts, yoghurt, veges...
Mix all until it binds. Make patties using your hands. Pats easily. Preheat oil for frying. 2 mins on each side.
If the mixture got drier while frying, add some more water, pats well again.
Serve and enjoy!
