My freezer Inventory

Here's my latest:

1/2 loaf bread
8 burger dough balls
4 Amish whoopie pies
4 Amish sweet rolls
Raisin fry pie
10 Amish doughnuts
3 quarts ice cream
1 sprig sage
Box of popsicles
2 bags potatoes (fries/chips)
2 bags corn
1/2 bag pearl onions
1/4 bag peas
2 bags bean & ham soup (4 servings)
2 bags corn chowder (4 servings)
2 bags rosemary lentil soup (2 servings)
1 bag meatballs & red sauce (2 servings)
1 cut-up chicken
2 BS breast halves
2 brat patties
4 cube steaks
1/2 pound ring bologna
1/2 pound pepperoni sticks
2 pounds bulk breakfast sausage
8 breakfast sausage links
8 hot dogs
1 pound butter

Top drawer:
Pig shoulder
1 chicken
Homemade coconut raspberry and homemade peppermint ice cream
Ice

Middle drawer
600 of hake
Shrimps
Homemade almond ice cream
Salmon
Tuna steak
Vegetables
Fish monk

Last drawer
Store bought vanilla ice cream (tastes bad)
Peppermint
Parsley
Naan bread

I know, I know, I have four different ice cream boxes in the freezer. But I'm only eating the coconut raspberry one at the moment.

I can not even think about the freezers. The drawer freezer inside is OK. The two in G's shop are a hot mess. We deliberately purchased manual defrost freezers. Food last much longer than in a self defrosting model. Both are in dire need of defrosting. That will not happen for another month or two. Even with numerous ice chests it is simply too hot to tackle such a project.

Seriously? You guys are making me feel so unorganized over here. ;-)

I have to go through every so often, or I'll just keep cramming stuff in there. I had no idea I had that much meat. The next menu plan I do will be largely from the freezer.

Note all the squash. Apart from my wife's affinity for pumpkin pie, neither of us like squash, so I'm stuck figuring out what to do with all that.

So, I just traumatized myself. I went to look up fun recipes you could make with squash to feed to the squirrels and got recipes WITH squirrels. Now, I can't unsee them!!! LOL

You guys tell me what I have in my freezer.
