So, I like Starbucks coffee, but that's really expensive. So I make my own batch of latte weekly, following a recipe I thought up myself. It's good hot or cold. This is a sweet coffee recipe, probably not fit for coffee purists
Ingredients for 730 mls of latte:
-1 pot of coffee brewed to your preference ( 500 ml ). I use Starbucks holiday blend.
-200 ml of oat milk
-30 mls of Pumpkin spice syrup (Monin is my preffered brand)
-1 satchel of chocolate milk powder (I use Starbucks)
-1 sugar cube, crumbled
-1 tsp of pumpkin spice mix
Optional topping of whipped cream& some cinnamon.
1) Grab a bottle large enough to fit the volume of liquid you made in that can be closed with a lid.
2) Mix Pumpkin spice mix with chocolate milk powder and sugar in the bottle.
3) Add the oat milk, stir it all through with a whisk or something that can stir. Then pour coffee in while you stir, until all the spice and chocolate is dissolved.
4) Pour yourself a cup and top with whipped cream and cinnamon, or do not for a more lean version. Keep the rest of the coffee in the bottle and use when needed. Good cold or reheated throughout the week.
