It’s layers of noodles, tomato sauce, chopped cooked chicken, olives, and mozzarella and feta cheese. I will be making it in a couple weeks for his birthday and can post a photo then.

Sometimes we will buy a whole hot roast chicken from Sainsburys and break it down for:
Lunch sandwich filling for Lu, chicken mixed with bacon, mayo and a little mustard.
Chicken broth with bacon, root veg and sometimes I will make the stock from thr carcuass.
Fried rice.

We can get 4-5 meals from one bird.

I like to get them and vacuum pack the meat in 4 oz pouches. Roast and save the bones for broth.
