Palm Kernel Oil

Has anyone used Palm Kernel Oil to cook or bake? If so, what recipes have you used?
I checked on Amazon and it seems to be something that's applied to skin.

Just trying to broaden out the topic - have you used any of the other palm or coconut oils? Possibly quite similar.

The palm oil vs palm kernel oil distinction is one of those things that catches people off guard. They sound like they should be the same thing but they come from completely different parts of the fruit and have different fat profiles.
I mostly use olive oil and butter for cooking, but I've noticed palm kernel oil showing up in a surprising amount of processed food here in Switzerland too. It's in a lot of chocolate products because it keeps them solid at room temperature without tempering.

I use 12g of coconut oil in my chocolate quinoa recipe. I was thinking of trying palm kernel. I think the fact that it's saturated enhances the texture and possibly the flavour.
