Recipe Perico (Venezuelan scrambled eggs)

Ingredients: (per person)
2 eggs
1/2 small onion
2-3 sweet chile peppers (ají dulce), mild chile peppers, or bell peppers
1 medium tomato
Coriander leaf to taste, chopped
salt and pepper
Olive oil or butter
Method:
  • Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper
  • Dice the onions, peppers, and tomato
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onions, peppers and tomatoes. Fry over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes, until softened.
  • Add the eggs and the coriander leaf, and mix together until the egg barely sets.
  • Serve with arepas or crusty bread

That looks pretty similar to my scrambled eggs :)
