My daughter made pizza from scratch the other night, vegetarian with capsicums etc. now she had some leftover rhaita and tamarind chutney from lamb cutlets the night before. As a last thought they added rhaita and chutney after they took it out of the oven, she said it was next level good. I think I will try this too.

Two Faced Pizza
1 half was a simple red sauce with Italian sausage and Ricotto Cheese with fresh fennel frond
Second half wash a beet pizza.
Creamed beet greens instead of a sauce. Roasted beets and goat cheese. Some beet stems for texture.
The Italian Sausage the beets were divine! Thank you medtran49 for suggesting the goat cheese.
This was a big hit

Thank you murphyscreek I used your Philly Cheese Steak recipe. I did not have any provolone So I used mozzarella. Very tasty. A great pizza topping.
The steak was still pink and very tender.

BBQ Chicken Pizza
I used a jarred BBQ sauce - a local brand that goes very well with chicken.
I planned to KISS using just the BBQ sauce, chicken and mozzarella. G wanted it loaded so there is also sweet banana pepper, Jalapeno, mushrooms and onion.

I've never seen Beetroot on a pizza, ever, or even remotely thought of it. And I thought pineapple was strange?? Btw I love Beetroot, we grow and bottle it here. !!
