Plans for today (2025)

We’re going to go to Home Depot to get some chicken manure and some tiles. I need to pull one Blueberry container forward, right now it’s tug under the Longan tree.
When my husband is done playing with the CDs.

It was 19°F this morning so I'm calling it winter. With that I'm going to use one of my jars of tomatoes from the garden this summer, my dried basil, and some harvested garlic to make pizza sauce. I'll be trying TastyReuben posted link to a thin crust dough using baking powder. That would be Z-Cook "not pizza"...

Beautiful lookin sauce ingredients but 😅❤️
I'm akshilly an if-it-works-it-works person. Could add a smidgeon of dried yeast to your mix tho - just for flavour 😊

Your post reminds me to use my sun dried tomatoes for Christmas dinner.

Better plan... So I cooked my 'maters and such down to a nice fresh tasting sauce.

I can do better than a smidgeon of dry yeast so I took Jas, my sourdough starter, out of the fridge to warm up and get fed. I'll let her do her thing overnight and work on some conglomerate pizza dough recipe to yield a thin crust... 🤞
